...f experienced 22 years but doesn't know how to behave and talk with an employee. He starts giving warnings from the 1st day to decrease my salary from 20k to 10k to which I've not agreed yet so his behavior got changed for me. One day, I worked for the whole day, but he cuts my salary for that day due to a small fault in their system firewall. On the same day, he warns me to call the security guard to throw me out of the office premises. The next day, I resigned. He thinks all employees are the same as his dog and he automates them as per his self-will. My life's biggest mistake is joining there. Stay away from his domestic dog(Vin**). He is so stupid and dangerous person. He is the personal security guard of the CTO.

...e shared never join this Organization unless if you want to exploit your career. They never pay for those days which you work for them. I Mistakenly joined this organization but due to toxic work culture & poor health due to Night shift. I decided to left & even inform to HR but they not Paid my Earned wages of 22 Days. They just behave like they have only organization in the world to provide jobs. Their HR are arrogant they don't even listen my problem & stop my wages. Poor & Worst organisation.

...anagement is pathetic. They cut salaries for being late. Not considerate at all. You will never receive salary on time. There’s no bonus. Washrooms are dirty and food is unhygienic. It’s like a jail you can’t step out of the office. Only join this org if you are in a dire need of a job. If you think you can get a job someplace as well then skip joining this org. People who are excelling in this company are doing cheap work for someone otherwise no senior person has actual skills here. Not able to find a job after joining this org because it has a bad repo in market

Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

Dislikes

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.

Very Bad Experienced, Seniors are not Supportive Specially Munna and Khayati. And Salary deduction was also a major issue.They did not respected there of his / her employees .plz don't go with HFS
