Company gives practical INFN "regarding how to do daily routine work & can do our alloted works in two days without doubt" - i didn't believe this. And if they came to know "if you complete your routine work & jobs related to profile allotted for you with time duration, they won't ask "ANY QUESTION about what are you doing?".

They don't like, if quit job "during important time/ before Project complete"

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming's arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonuses everything year,

The work pressure is very high .sometime , i have work 14-18 hours straight a day as i have to attend client calls .
