Very low salary no travelling expenses and other facilities provided and incentive structure is disgusting hardly 3000 can be earned when doing a lot of hard work and wasting 1500 on travel. Company should look that 10000 salary is not enough for graduate

Salary is less but another work incentive boost your confidence, faceing many types of problems,you will have to satisfy your customers requirements everytime,you have to be attended every time

They never provides the permission to use flex tube ,if we never use it than how we convey our customers we know as many problems we face not another.

The basic salary of HDFC securitie's sales officer is very poor comparing to sister company hdb sales officer And work load was more For insurance and Casa than the core product

1. Promotions are regimented. You become eligible to be promoted every 3 years. This makes the wrong kind of crowd mop around for years without making any positive impact to the organization or to younger juniors. 2. People hardly get fired. The redundant ones are moved around from department to department and eventually get promoted after every 3 year stint to rise to higher positions.

- High job security at LOW salary and appraisals - Office politics and toxic work culture HDFC securities offers the worst of both worlds i.e low salary of a private job + bad office culture of a government job

Appraisal according how is your relationship with manager not according performance. Pressure on other third party products where core business is not much important. HR response is zero whenever you need. System are slow like more than any government company.
