Fantastic place to work over there in sales dept. Self motivation should be there because company focused to give incentive to sales staff with minimum salary. If person is hard working then best place to work.earn.learn. future growth in the industry.

Salary paying structure is very poor. Incentive Paying capacity nice. But it's sales and sales always not a same flow of outcome of effort.

...say it is a family we're you get motivated, trained, skillful & self confidence. Everything is good my company but only thing is that the fixed salary and the subvention which is deducted from the incentive. Other than that great place to learn and grow.

The to the end managerial support. Their is a way out of everything if the work is doable. HDFC sales deals with product like home loan, extension loan, improvement loan, LAP, etc .. it will provide you the big market knowledge exposure that will enough to make corporate relations.

Yes it is true that you will not get any travelling allowance or daily allowance. The basic pay accordance to other is low.

This is subsidary company of hdfc ltd .there is no value add services for sales employee . The company on roll employee treat like a broker to sales team .

Compensation is pathatic for junior level employee .the work pressure is very high .
