IF YOU MISS YOUR TARGET EVEN BY A SINGLE SELL YOU LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INCENTIVE. 5.TOO MUCH OF WORK PRESSURE WHICH LEADS TO SELLING IN YOUR OWN FAMILY SOMETIMES. 6. MANY A TIMES YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WORK FOR FULL 7 DAYS IN A WEEK. 7. GETTING A SINGLE DAY LEAVE IS ALSO ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. 8 GETTING THE RELIEVING LETTER FROM THE HR TOOK MORE THAN TWO MONTHS. 9.ALTHOUGH BEING A ON-FIELD JOB NO TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE PROVIDED.

BSA payouts very late, very low perks and benifits, company having only one computer to the entire branch. This company works for HDFC bank and bank employees don't respect the employees of hdfc sales company.

Daily stretching, extraordinary pressure, you won't have any rights to take break, you suppose to be with like a machine, can't even talk to your colleagues.

HR is not a discussion maker here. Managers only decision makers. Promotions, appraisal, salary hike everything we need to beg with them. They are helping only there well known people's.
