...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The best thing about HDFC Realty is the work culture here.It is an open culture where any employee can walk up to any employee right upto the CEO levels.

The pay scale is very low and why not, it is a HDFC Group Company

It's a good environment for working. Really good support from the senior team & teammates.

I think Quikr realty needs to find some great developers for working with them in Kolkata. And need to focus very much in primary sale.

Nothing good this company has to offer anyone. Worst company I have ever worked for.

teammates do so much politics including seniors/boss, no training provided, no job security they have, they asked me to give resignation during this lock down, they do not understand the value of good employee who gave more than 5 years to the company. pathetic work-life balance they have.
