The managers are poor skilled, knows only to create pressure but don't know to manage pressure. Don't groom the teams. 3. 6 days working. 4. Way behind technically. ...nt is not supportive and the way they communicate with lower levels is terrible. Salary structure is horrible and shift hours are expected for 12 to 14 hrs a day

The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.
