It is a brand. Good environment to work. Teammates are very helpful and supportive. Company ethics are good.

There is alot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth slow and tough. No values for ethics and hardwork.

I learned how to trouble shoot the problems in that company and I know lotus mail configuration and installation of printer ,scanner

I used to visit 5 branches in very month for that company allowance is very less and salary is also very less in that company , and i am BE EEE student

Teammates we're good but it's just depends on personal behavior rather than corporate behavior. No Training No Job security Career growth - very slow Salary- deduction every month on month Leaning- self learning

Salary. Deduction with every possible way. If target not achieved, they deduct salary. If meetings not achieved again deduction. Deduction on advisors Commissions. They don't pay back even if achieve more than double in the next month. They just know deduction.

The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Dislikes

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.

Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.
