Nothing great to vouch for, strong in processes only for front line people. HDFC. Salary will br creditrd on time just like other big corporates

No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards

Stable company offering secure job. Never ever delays employees salary. Very strong in latest technology adoption. Strong top level management. Learning environment.

No Work life balance in few departments.

One good thing about Exide life is they'll pay your salary on time..but company culture is very poor ..in the managerial aspect also they don't really believe in retention..it's a hire and fire policy.

The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Dislikes

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.

Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.
