1. Management don't have idea what they want 2. No clarity of work 3. People sitting here from 10 years think they owns the company 4. No supportive colleagues 5. Way of working is not great 6. Lot of internal politics

Too much pressure, however bigger companies have huge responsibility and always be at top to maintain the market standards and rank

No promotion even after getting good appraisals. Salary can be improvised

I have lucky enough to have good bosses for having a good work life balance, with 4yrs old kid, this is main thing which is helping me move on being a non sales staff

Still people resign because of bosses at sales team majorly not because of company or salary,

The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Dislikes

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.
