Usual work day is for about 12 hrs On document Saturday is a non working day but you will be forced to work with out pay. Overtime is a myth Promotion depends upon L1's will. Variable pay is only for MT's and chief manager & above Huge gap in pay at same band.

...se that's why they are doing insurance these are the facts they take advantage In small salary package thier expectation is more than crore For a freshers Or 2 years experience not good place to work You have to travel every single day like a horse (on your money) Many more people don't share because they sacred if they share they can't get job because these people leaves and they go to another company so it's like round like earth anyone can meet anywhere In 100 people only will success 2

...nt is not supportive and the way they communicate with lower levels is terrible. Salary structure is horrible and shift hours are expected for 12 to 14 hrs a day

... Saturday and Sunday off as they have mentioned holiday at the time of joining. Also I feel there is discrimination in salary increament policy and working time among employees.

Hdfc life is a good company and listed company all senior's are very supportive.

Hdfc life has very slow career growth even salary and incentives are very less compare to other competitors company in banca channel and company give you extra target as compared to your competitors.
