Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

...meters to do that 4. We lost our work life balance 5 My BP showing High 155 6. Huge pressure less salary 7. manager telling us to give 5 start rating for the company 8. Everyone has engaged to pressuries us to do insurance 9. There is no truth about this. 10. Work life balance worst Customer telling us to withdraw policy but Manager telling us to not to do that.

Dislikes

Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.

Low salary structure Unwanted work pressure Dirty politics Zero growth if you're not a politician in the company Non recognition of your good work No incentives even after having huge targets Manual rating system of employees, you will be judged by your amount of buttering not by your performance. They hire for one role then will give sales target more then a sales officer always treating like they did favour by giving the job. But didn't know we have selected by giving the examination and multiple interview. And after that thay pinch you they did a wrong selection.
