No work life balance , No increments , to much approval required, KRA is more than ur salary , u will be able to steal business from bank , UPSELL the life insurance without knowledge of the bank. To much politics ,HR IS WEAK,on command of sales, no learning of any kind,

Growing is very very slow for this company and trenar is not good salary part map is not good no trevel expence pay company and work life balance is not good by organization.

The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.

Job security is the thing which i can say is good. Working culture is somewhat good.

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.

In HDFC Life There is time to work life balance. There is no more such pressure about Targets (Depends upon L1 Manager). The brand value is easy to convert among competitors.

Salary is very low which is mentioned in payslip. Even HR also didn't know about employees salary. HR department is very week and they didn't care about employees. Very worst department in HDFC LIFE.
