Big brand. People know the brand very well

Less salary compare to psu. Even clerk of psu bank get more than a manager grade of hdfc. Bonus and incentives at junior grade not that good. Only boss and team managers will get good salary here . No travel claims are given.

...nt is not supportive and the way they communicate with lower levels is terrible. Salary structure is horrible and shift hours are expected for 12 to 14 hrs a day

Work culture is very pathetic. Leaders and Management is very poor. No accountability and responsibility for employees growth.
