No increment no Hike While if they Recruit external peopl on Cluster Manager role they get good hike Which basically means they push their Cluster Manager for switch if they need hike Salary package is only concern which push internal CSM to switch rest company is very Good

The company has lots of data, They r learning you in first stage and after that they r find a way to indicate you wrongly.

Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.

Hello team m Rishabh Rastogi from HDFC LIFE Bijnor Branch, there is a lot of pressure here for work and HDFC Life is a very good brand but there are no facilities for the employees in the office.

Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.
