1. Pay structure is poor. The CTC includes the annual bonus. That means for earning your own CTC, one has to earn rating. 2. The managers are poor skilled, knows only to create pressure but don't know to manage pressure. Don't groom the teams. 3. 6 days working. 4. Way behind technically. Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good like 4 to 5 percent annually only. There is no skill development options, you have to go in the morning and come back at the evening and this happens daily nothing new.
