They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. There compititior will grow by taking some advantages. There policies are not employee and customer friendly

Very less appraisal and promotion, they will hire new employee with better salary and position but won't promot their old employees who definitely have better knowledge in their role.

Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Salary is good but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given properly to new joinees. work environment is not good..every Saturday is working however company gave the holiday...

Salary comes on time. Other benefits apart from salary. L&D is good

Company culture Promotions & appraisals are not transparent. Leaves are not given. Instead of 5 working days they compell to work for 6 days throughout the year.

I like the company's culture, work environment and job security and so .. Teammates are very supportive and management is good.

I don't think so there is any negative points that u need to be point out. One point is that the salary is decent but growth in career is very slow
