If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. There compititior will grow by taking some advantages. There policies are not employee and customer friendly

...the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

...what to do and how.. just business without planning. Lack of vision n mission. Comparatively Very low salary and incentives . Software n system upto 1980s. Focus on employee tracking instead of supporting.

Manager are more cooperative , i am happy with management and also they will give salary on time in this pandemic situation.

Everything is fine but i am not happy with my salary. Salary is too low as compared my work. I am too dedicated to my work .

1.Compensation is up to the experience & growth 2.Lot of politics 3.Managers take advantage with the strengths like if a person is work-aholic they ask to work more than working hours n burden with loads of work but doesn't appreciate or recognize the efforts 4.Focus on OJT is poor & the seniors had to guide the fresher's about the look & corner of the work process, due to politics the seniors effort go unnoticed.
