This company is having toxic environment. Neither we were working here for appraisal nor working for incentives. Only we were working for our job pressure. That time was like a trauma for me. In the starting they told me the working hours are 8-9 hrs. After joining it was 12-15 hrs.

...ime and everywhere, even when you are sick. The managers dont have any humanity. Pay is okay, but appraisal is poor. They is no growth in the compnay even when you are investing 10 years in the company. I will not suggest anyone to join HDFC Credila. They want you to work minimum 10 hours a day. Your manager will call you an scold you if you will leave early.

Good for freshers, many things to learn. You can start your career here and the move. It is developing organisation so that you can see many changes and learn new things

It takes really long time for promotion and other things like salary hike n all. Zero life balance at season time.
