It’s a Good place to learn,high level of competition, good banking exposure. Bank has built a good brand value, product features and lineage is good,thus Selling becomes easier. The bank has good demographics reach and thus customers servicing becomes easier.

...balance is a big big issue, endless working, holiday sacrifices are very common. Salary compensation are not good as compared to the amount of work being taken out from an employee. One can reap the harvest and enjoy benefits only if VP and above level. ESOPs accounts to Low attrition at Senior level which makes the overall work culture monotonous and toxic. Sincere efforts are required to change a genuine work culture and HR should actually play their role, else they act as a dummy customer service representative of the company.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
