It gives 100% customer satisfaction and also it provides local conveyance. The higher officials are always good and their encourage and motivates the staffs towards their best career... All the staffs from different divisions will be well trained by the training managers of hdfc bank. It will be pleasure and secured place for each and every one to live and work.

Working hours should be standard so that it will helps the staff to look after their family too.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Dislikes

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

Other than job stability and company value there's no benefits at all

...ng a leave when you are sick also feels like you have committed a serious crime. No hike even after working for almost 10 hrs a day for 4 years. Terrible process and sales pressure. Your mental health goes for a toss working here.
