Just because I get salary on time, I still sticking on to my job since I am the aloe bread winner of my family

Trust me, I have been here for 6 years n 3 months now - a. Internally systems are slow, takes longer time to complete - company doesn't invest in IT b. You are paid in peanuts but gotto slog to get a 3 rating with a bonus that you wouldn't be happy telling anyone or useful for anything c. You can see your boss' favourite people going up the ladder, fat pay raises, performance bonus, awesome rating, star awards, promotions. You will still be in same position however better you contribute to your team. d. You need to always keep working on behalf of people who keep growing career wise. There is a clear distinction a set of people to slog long working hours and people who get paid just because they are projected by your boss to their superiors. e. Salary raise year on year stays at INR 1000 per month. f. Worst work life balance. You could end up in getting divorced with no career to support your work life. g. No time to upgrade or zero training h. Your ratings are based on your family background, your gender (you will be judged if you are a woman), your dressing, your eating habits n what not

1.Good brand value in market. 2.Variety of products.

Dislikes

1. They demands multiple products to sell at same time. 2. Senior managers are taking very high salary with less productive and ideas and they just do 2-3 hrs concall with staffs every day. 3. Unwanted pressure on so many things.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Dislikes

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.
