45% income target ll get increases every year . But for employees only get 4.5% in default.

Very bad in treating existing employees in salary wise. For new and with less experience getting market range salary. Existing employee's only get that same 4.5% regularly even after 10years. After 10 years only will get promotion.

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
