... policies are good. Teammates are supportive moreover management is transparent. All in all in terms of activities of sports or salary hike, it’s a good company to work with enhancement of knowledge practically.. it’s an excellent platform to perform for anyone’s career growth.

Everyday was new challenge.. so there is nothing to dislike anything.. if u want to survive in this competitive world so it will be fruitful otherwise everything or anyplace may have different aspects of disliking..

Terrible experience of 5 years of my life... No ethics no transparency.. top to bottom biased. Meaning less score card and many system like this... All are eyewash for common people like us ... There should be a separate team who will track employees work and give them rating so that there should not be any biasness ...

Only good thing is the salary date... Never delayed. Else whole system need to be changed or modify.

HDFC BANK is a good place to start your career. It will help you grow in banking. Stringent processes and policies define the bank. It is a leader in providing compensation / benefits. Work culture is non inclusive and without a mentor things can be daunting. Depends on people in your team. Politics is there in promotion and review. Plus a lot of credit snatching. Stressful work environment. No work life balance. If somebody is into hard. Please don't join.

No initation processes. Politics and odd work hours./timing is stressful and Demotivating factor.

No proper work life balance , target is there so immense pressure for missell, no time for the completion of work. You need to wait till 7:30pm to leave. You will get mail at 6:30 to leave but it's a gimmick to fool the RBI .

Politics faces always a front ground staff always threatening to staff for transfer, rating and many more. If we say any suggestions or openion to seniors then they always write a mail that you have descipline issue you have attitude at work place and many more. If I say there are lots of problem and politics which junior and front staff face in all the branches by branch manager and cluster head. I get terminated on dec 4 2023 just because of politics by branch manager and cluster head. No complaint by customer no forgery done by me just branch manager complaint for me that I have signed a FD request form on behalf of customer. But there is no complaint by customer or any other person then also I get terminated and 2 month passed away I didn't get my relieving letter. Just tell me how I do work and how I survive my family . I have only on option and the option is suicide because If I didn't get reliving letter then I didn't get a job in any bank. So I need justice if you really think that then please give me a justice.
