Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

...artial behaviour of seniors No implementation of deadline No existence of HR Poor pay masters to existing employees vs new highered difference HR benefits reduction Overloading of reduntant work leading to inefficiency in 8 hours hence resulting in late working hours Unnecessary data mis preparation almost every week In simple words this bank should be closed and handed over to govt

No transparent guidelines for sick leave and other necessary thinks like transfer payouts and many more. Your have to seek support for each and everything from your supervisor and always be thankful to him. Either he/she support you or not. Because you don't know your rights about such things.

... known to everyone .. He was supported by his immediate bosses and was spared... I left Hdfc and joined non banking sector on better package... In heart of hearts it is always there that I was not handled in proper way. They have spared a wrong person who has only defamed the name of this prestigious organisation in this part of the world called kashmir..

It was privilege to work in delhi. My branch staff my immediate supervisor all wer very good. They supported me a lot if my wife would have not been ill I was thinking to shift my entire family to delhi and I was nature to get retire from this location and this bank only .......

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.
