Work culture is terrible. No respect for the employee. Ruthless in work life balance. Lower learning after a point. More transactional work. Less strategy orientation. Lack of clarity from top management about where they want to see themselves(it might be lack of clarity at their end or they might just be bad in communicating it to the rest of the employees.).

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
