The company is very good and is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of team that is very reliable. Another plus point is my teammates are very supportive and belongs different cultural and we work together with great collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

1. Prolong Career Growth, increment, bonus 2. Promotion/rating base on tenure & not on Performance. 3. Additional loads without any benefits. 4. Policy keeps on changing. 5. Bell curve 6. Managers are actually Data managers. 7. Canteen, tea/snacks. 8. Basic official assessory/stationary/storage

Teammates are bit conservative and narrow minded. Job security is there. Salary is ok and bell curve harms no matter how good i perform. Work environment is good so far and boss is suporting, making work life balance good. Thanks

Working with hdfc bank is great expirience. Bank has given employees various softwares which makes it easier to work. No overtime, in particularly legal work. Work environment is safe and secure for a lady.
