Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

I am 32, having experience of 7 years in working capital vertical, have been stuck in my present job due to family issues. It is really difficult for me to relocate to any other city and I am not getting enough response in my present location in the same vertical in other companies.
