...work culture, leadership does not take any ownership. Everything is delegated. Pay disparity is not considered an issue and in fact the leadership creates it by hiring without any compensation guard rails to meet their own professional goals. If you are underpaid, would suggest you quit after 1-2 years after taking the brand on your resume. It’s a typical yes man culture that has been developed. Disagreeing, however professionally, is considered tantamount to personal differences by leadership. Overall poor work culture, Low appraisals, HR & compensation team are very insensitive in their language, leadership is not technically sound.

Contract permanent employee partiality Non rational thinking managers Vendors should work like donkeys while permanent staff is chilling Most permanent staff are not good at their work Top management never hear about vendor employee concerns Many permanent staff is being paid hell of salary for no reason. No proper work life balance , target is there so immense pressure for missell, no time for the completion of work. You need to wait till 7:30pm to leave. You will get mail at 6:30 to leave but it's a gimmick to fool the RBI .

Need suggestion for betterment
I am 32, having experience of 7 years in working capital vertical, have been stuck in my present job due to family issues. It is really difficult for me to relocate to any other city and I am not getting enough response in my present location in the same vertical in other companies. Salary is really low (Present CTC is 4.01 L) and struggling to survive in daily life expenses. Kindly suggest.
