Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

...hy even if one has better qualification he/she is mostly exploited by Employers.Pay packages are also terrible when compared with other parts of India.Apart from Selling jobs one wud not find any other quality jobs this employers start sucking employees since they are well aware that in this part of India there is dearth of quality jobs.

Bank is too good but it's depends on seniors. There is no timely promotions and salary hike, HR is totally dependend on higher level management. Bank is hiring staff from outside on higher package but not promotint our internal staff. There is no value of knowleehe
