Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family

We are compensated for every product we brought in to the bank.Very excellent incentive bonus and commendable increment as to the position we occupy in the bank.Promotion to the next cadre according to your performance very strictly.

Dislikes

We are tensed on several occasions due to non performance on several occasions.The attitude of seniors is very bad.

Hdfc bank like one thing when we say to the customer that we are from hdfc then he listens to the name and respect it

Salary is increasing in all the company new staff are coming you are increasing their salary and the salary of the old ones is not increasing.the cluster manager of the department who do politics pick up boys from their old place with more salary and bring them to the Branch who do not have any knowledge of our software and take a salary 50000 and the old people are from four to five years old doing job in 15000

Over pressurised job Salary is very less according to job Target is manger and sale executive is same so it is over pressurised job in your starting carrer I always used to stay in field or the manger spend money from sales executive to complete the file of his customer he spend 5000 to 6000 in a month while purchasing notary and stamp paper etc if the file is not disperse than money will not received and my first job manager like a rakshah

Everything was good and the culture was good or RM is also good but the salary structure is so massive and target criteria is totally messed up so requesting to change incentive parameter and think HBL and appraisal too.
