Salary comes on time.
Dislikes
There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.
Salary is always on time.
Brand name in the market makes feel proud of being part of big organization.
Good software Technology system is adopted by the this organisation for both customers and employees.
Less technological errors/failures are faced.
Extended working hours,
Apart from salary, other benefits are very less as compare to other organisations.
Incentive structure is very strict and most of the time partial part of earned incentives are kept on hold for the whole year.
Sales is so aggressive as it could harm mental well being.
Output is given highest priority than the inputs.
Seniors always show aggression for sales and same aggression is seen in their actions and reactions.
Overall work culture is not helathy to work.
Most of the time obusive language and high volume is used by seniors.
Nothing except job security.
Home loan rates if you stay for long here.
Dislikes
No work life balance.
The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put.
Less to no perks at all.
They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays.
Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.
Worst work culture now, poor increment worst in the industry, appraisal system worst, no promotion, contest money never given, out of kra work, no knowledge of upper management, finishing verticals serially
