HDFC is a big brand.....this give you a great market value in front of others competitors. Working culture is good like any govt bank,your job is secured untill you become non performer You easily do your task because of huge customer base Overall is good to work with reputed Bank

Salary i not good as compared with govt bank Promotion, increment is very slow

There is nothing good about HDFC Bank.They only care for business nothing else. Even in this time i don't even get my salary along with many others, same informed and mailed to the senior management as well as to the central office but as usual no response from them

I dislike everything but the most i dislike about HDFC Bank is how bad they treat their employees.

Compensation is decent. Also no on board training for frshres hence senior employee like me teach step to step and which is painful sometime in terms of own work balance.
