Low compensation, high work pressure, lack of staff. An RM is serving 150 odd portfolio clients and the servicing is endless due to which the RM has to stretch the work timings beyond limits. All the data entry, sales meetings, servicing is RMs responsibility but when it is backed by low compensation then the disappointment emerges and demotivates.

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary decent but career growth is faster.

Its worst bank there is not ever single point you can like about hdfc Hdfc only n only concern about target and bank profit....its doesn't value employees there health or personal life preference

...road side labor or worst then that Work environment is so pathetic and hectic Salary very less compare to other bank Growth is zero ( if u r person who high in manipulating people n if u do the things to make your manager happy then you can expect the growth ) Along with offer latter hdfc will give u dozen of illness which u never heard n come across in your life...and after u left hdfc illness will never left u One or the other hdfc staff are suffering from migran problem high of headache family problems disappointment n metal pressure that NO one can survive

1: They gives good bonus and that's the only good part of organisation. 2: If you are at higher position then loan benefits is best perk like home loan at 2.5%

1: Favouritism is the worst part 2: HR is like they didn't exist they rarely hear you 3: Management trying to do worst from their end 4: Just like other old organisation they only care about new joinee

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.
