Very good bank for the employees in terms of consideration, recognition, salary, incentives. Very supportive seniors. Work pressure will be there, sales target will be there, handling customer in between is a great task...because I was in a big home branch..but at the end of the month, you will be getting satisfaction in terms of money and other perks.

Dislikes

Work pressure. When targets increased, people lose humanity and sincerity, it's not bank's fault, it's people's fault. Most of the colleagues were good and very friendly, sincere. But one or two were crooked in nature. It may happen in a corporate world. Overtime after banking hours to complete the work. Customers will come till 4/5. After that we can do our documentation process, our target meeting tasks, updating CRM etc. Sometimes I started work from 7 am morning to finish my work.

The salary is on time, benifit with company are good such as lower interest rate. High insentive.

Dislikes

In order to achieve any incentive we need to complete 110% of the target. lot of pressure from upper management. No support for backend team, way to much of documentation customer tend to just close the account or not open it.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.

Politics faces always a front ground staff always threatening to staff for transfer, rating and many more. If we say any suggestions or openion to seniors then they always write a mail that you have descipline issue you have attitude at work place and many more. If I say there are lots of problem and politics which junior and front staff face in all the branches by branch manager and cluster head. I get terminated on dec 4 2023 just because of politics by branch manager and cluster head. No complaint by customer no forgery done by me just branch manager complaint for me that I have signed a FD request form on behalf of customer. But there is no complaint by customer or any other person then also I get terminated and 2 month passed away I didn't get my relieving letter. Just tell me how I do work and how I survive my family . I have only on option and the option is suicide because If I didn't get reliving letter then I didn't get a job in any bank. So I need justice if you really think that then please give me a justice.
