Politics faces always a front ground staff always threatening to staff for transfer, rating and many more. If we say any suggestions or openion to seniors then they always write a mail that you have descipline issue you have attitude at work place and many more. If I say there are lots of problem and politics which junior and front staff face in all the branches by branch manager and cluster head. I get terminated on dec 4 2023 just because of politics by branch manager and cluster head. No complaint by customer no forgery done by me just branch manager complaint for me that I have signed a FD request form on behalf of customer. But there is no complaint by customer or any other person then also I get terminated and 2 month passed away I didn't get my relieving letter. Just tell me how I do work and how I survive my family . I have only on option and the option is suicide because If I didn't get reliving letter then I didn't get a job in any bank. So I need justice if you really think that then please give me a justice.

I Was working with HDFC Bank Bangalore . My branch Manager was a bengali , Ch was also a bengali . They have created a hell like work culture . Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach . Only thinking about themselve not about the situation of employee. He need everyone tobe active in 1st of month ... so pathetic.. most of relation managers are getting bald as they are not able to handle pressure. and having bp and other health issues .

Working Hours (9:30 to 5:30 some time 9:30 to 7:30(occasionally) Work Pressure is very low in debt recovery or collections department if, you compare the same with other companies. Job security

... exploiting the manpower by not giving justice to the effort and their salaries. The industry average is almost 100% higher than the salary they provide. And, with 3-4% increment, you will never beat the inflation. So salary wise - A big NO!! For ex:- AVP (D1 Band) salary in the Bank can go as low as <20 Lacs (almost 15+ years of experience). Exploitation at its peak.

There's nothing to like about this bank. Been working for almost 2yrs now and not a single day I've had peace.

...ations part. All they care about is only LI. More like a Life Insurance company. No pay for overtime. Absolutely t.o.x.i.c place no matter which branch you work in. And what the funnier part is they make you work even if you are sick and suggested complete bed rest for a week. They never give you leave even if you're dying. Made me work till 11pm in my initial days. A very non-employee friendly company. And if you can b.o.ot l.i.c.k your Branch Manager and Cluster Head, you will get a good rating else you'll only end up with C rating with a yearly bonus of mere 10k and a mere 300-400 raise on your salary. Lol!
