job security is average. Salary is very less than expected and career growth is not available on that post. Sorry to say after joining, faced salary issue because of dirty politics of reporting manager

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Salary & Position growth is not available in organization, it is same here at other corporate.
