Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Salary & Position growth is not available in organization, it is same here at other corporate.

Very very low Salary, environment, daily huddle, lot's of pressure. Always Team manager and unit head will say do Life insurance.than home loan, personal loan then other products.

...never approves our leaves ,one kind of we fought for taking our legal leaves... She uses so much non- profesional word also she questioned about our salary, misbehaving with employees and she denied to gave daily lunch and tea breaks also... Many times she stopped using in the name of meeting after end out duty time 6:30

In Hdfcbank list, basic salary and good incentives But future career growth basic salary is important than incentives there is no petrol allowance for sales officers

Best thing to work under HDFC Bank banner is the value in market of the bank is satisfactory and you can easily got business from client via business policies created by the bank. If I talk about working experience, I learnt lot of product knowledge and marketing skills from senior.

...es of the product expecting higher and higher even after achieving the target. The end less working expecting under low salary by seniors. In-short no doubt to work under big banner of the bank, Great learnings but life of ground staff is not matter for seniors.
