...ent and calture . Teammates are always supportive and management is transparent.Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Tremendous work load but no monetary benefits like overtime plus I strongly feel discrimination in role means same work done by 2 employees but there are different pay scale for main HDFC LTD employee and HDFC support staff employee...staff is good , need to be disciplined

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
