What I like the Most about HDFC Bank is there are vast amount of work which you can do, change your profile and learn a lot. If you are a person who wants to Learn and keep Learning you can take HDFC as your Company. There are various Profile in HDFC bank which you can Explore.

...ife is work basically. You won't be appreciated if you don't Shine at your Work. The Pay is Less and Not upto the standard of the work you put in. The Backoffice although Hike is maximum 8 to 9 % although they really reward the Sales and business team with quarterly bonuses. There is No work challenge for the People who are good with Numbers. Again, it depends on your Profile. Basically work a lot with less money and No appreciation whatsoever. Female employees are not given drop even if they stay up till 11 in the night. No Female Benefits all men dominated. every Month end you have to work and also some bank holidays. Hell lot of Pressure.

Work security is good. Few good bosses as well. Good learning and development facilities with good education company tie-ups.

Work balance is average. Salary is bad along with bonus (probably worst in the banking industry).

....Processes are good to an extent but then people don’t follow them honourably.Sales roles have good bonus at times.

Dislikes

Both management and work culture is very poor, dominating and aggressive on targets. It’s all about sales and learning is only till the extent you can deliver results. HR in general is not efficient or helpful. Training is not upto mark for sales roles which makes you suffer on the job.Work life balance is quite poor.
