I have been part of last 2 years good organization you are joining in thoughts of learning mind salary and promotion criteria not good. Other Beni fits like home loan personal loan at very low rate other parks better than other bank

Good work environment .teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow

...eer growth is good, if u have boss who can recognise the team members talent. Salary is okay. Work environment is good although HR needs to focus on employees to improve their work life balance. Overall is healthy organization.

Work life balance is hard to maintain... Sometimes you might be putting up almost 12 hours for straight working days and minimum of 10 hours is a must..

Compensation is ok but work life balance and organization culture is pathetic. People working for 3 years and above also dont have proper desk workstation. Would not recommend anyone to join it.

Hdfc bank gives me good platform to start my career and I learnt may things related to sales, finance..specially I learnt how to interact with people how to convenece them. The best part of hdfc is they provide professional training in every 3 months also it gives good career growth.

Basic salary is less . work pressure is little bit high..
