There is lot of politics and the management doesn't think about ourselves. Old efficient employees not promoted but low efficient employees hire from other organisations with high salary and our growth is very very slow.

Supportive environment and good for learning because I think their is no other private bank which possess this much products and supportive infrastructure. Always got to learn new things and you need be versatile to cop with that same... every week or a month new programs new product and different issues or quire's resided and accordingly you need to act upon it . In short you need to change yourself constantly and implementation of new plane and execution

...ours(14+) Low remuneration Compared to products employees are less in ops.... Cost cutting is the first priority and accordingly your hard earned bonus can also become the part of the plane of cost cutting. Work even in holidays (ops) Mostly training are executed in senond-fourth Saturday s and Sunday s Weak HR role Mostly important ly the softwares used by HDFC are so time consuming and lengthy that some it tooks the whole long day to unlock a simple Id and they are not user friendly....very difficult to use as well as time consuming

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I am happy about that I was a part of the company. All the senior colleagues were too much supportive, kind & humble. Seniors are also a good trainer. Overall work place atmosphere is also nice.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, off roll employees' salary is too much low now a days there are all the things are too much costly & salary is too much less, work load too much high. All the staff members do work minimum 8 to 9 hours straight.

Politics faces always a front ground staff always threatening to staff for transfer, rating and many more. If we say any suggestions or openion to seniors then they always write a mail that you have descipline issue you have attitude at work place and many more. If I say there are lots of problem and politics which junior and front staff face in all the branches by branch manager and cluster head. I get terminated on dec 4 2023 just because of politics by branch manager and cluster head. No complaint by customer no forgery done by me just branch manager complaint for me that I have signed a FD request form on behalf of customer. But there is no complaint by customer or any other person then also I get terminated and 2 month passed away I didn't get my relieving letter. Just tell me how I do work and how I survive my family . I have only on option and the option is suicide because If I didn't get reliving letter then I didn't get a job in any bank. So I need justice if you really think that then please give me a justice.
