And, with 3-4% increment, you will never beat the inflation. So salary wise - A big NO!! For ex:- AVP (D1 Band) salary in the Bank can go as low as <20 Lacs (almost 15+ years of experience). Exploitation at its peak.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
