Only motivation is home loan benefits. Employees gets home loan at 2.5% compared to market rate of 8.35%.

Dislikes

...called to work on Indian holidays and weekend, including national holiday also.. with no extra pay or comp off. Too much of office politics, if you need to grow then hardwork wont help to grow... people who are sugary coated are promoted first. Most important HDFC still use 2006 Software and system.. system wise HDFC is 10 years behind.

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good
