HDFC do not take care of vintage employees who are old in system more than 10 years old Pay package is too low as compared to fresh hiring despite of equivalent qualification/degree as well as experience.

Work Life balance 0 Promotion based on number's,they forget what difficulties you faced through out the year, if you are missing by 1% also your rating will be gone for a toss, Micro management Biggest problem manpower issue You won't get Pending leaves encashment Very low bonus

I'm working with HDFC for last 7yrs the overall experience is good .I love the company culture and work life balance

Only drawback is salary I have 7 yrs experience in HDFC and I could really feel very underpaid for my experience.

...person's works. 3. Time frame is decided for work but workload is very high. 4. New commers are comming in high package as compared to old employees. 5. Average increment is 4.5% in a year which is not fair as compared to inflation rate. 6.Overall status is average.

... and promotions of subordinate staffs its should be strong look over by HR team. Im 4yr 3 months almost completed here but no promotion till not get yet and salary also very slow very slow increase. But iam always like to tell every one that HDFC bank is a very big and very good bank in India. I am very very happy that i am one of the part of this big corporate.
