There is no work life balance. Work culture is very poor and toxic. Incremental and promotions are very less and that too on favouritism basis not on merits.
They don’t know how to behave with female employees.
Over all huge organization with full of vintage people who have taken all benefits like home loan, car loans, personal loans and now decided to get retirement from same company. So you may learn more things in between these vintage people.Hdfc bank gives more employment to female candidate and provide safe and good environment.

Denial of leaves
Compensation is below industry standards
Login time is strict but they make you stay for long hours.
Managers may request you to work on weekend But reject your leave applications
What I like the Most about HDFC Bank is there are vast amount of work which you can do, change your profile and learn a lot. If you are a person who wants to Learn and keep Learning you can take HDFC as your Company. There are various Profile in HDFC bank which you can Explore.
...ife is work basically. You won't be appreciated if you don't Shine at your Work. The Pay is Less and Not upto the standard of the work you put in. The Backoffice although Hike is maximum 8 to 9 % although they really reward the Sales and business team with quarterly bonuses. There is No work challenge for the People who are good with Numbers. Again, it depends on your Profile. Basically work a lot with less money and No appreciation whatsoever. Female employees are not given drop even if they stay up till 11 in the night. No Female Benefits all men dominated. every Month end you have to work and also some bank holidays. Hell lot of Pressure.
