Nothing only its a brand and inside it's killing us with lot of load work and business pressure

hdfc is really great but the salary and work load with lot of sales pressure even if we have lot of transaction everyday no support from colleagues low salary

great bank to work with....I cudnt expect other support it has made its extend...Always took care of employees and also salary was on time and all other bonus and benefits were released ...Lucky to b part of it

WORST BANK WIT WORST MANAGERS. THEY DO NOT CONSIDER THEIR EMPLOYEES AS HUMAN. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE IS RAMPANT AND DISCOURAGEMENT AND BRANCH POLITICS IS ADDED BONUS. OVERALL DO NOT WORK FOR HDFC BANK

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
