Bank policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Good environment and culture. Seniors are supportive and motivate us.

Hdfc Bank is supporting me in this pandemic very well they are giving Salary on time and supervisor also supports me. We have also facility to work from home. Don't need to go out from home.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.
