Relating to salary and promotion vise they are not given actual workers they give only who got job from branch manager reference, and one more important thing is they do some partiality when it come to appraisal and ratings all HDFC Bank employees have this issue in while working in HDFC. Thank you

HDFC BANK HAS GOOD GROWTH, AS WELL AS GOOD SALARY. I have enjoyed my working here and great place to work. Managers are so helping and supportive. Enjoy with work and team. Collegues were so collaborative.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.I have been working for over 1 Year. Bank staff is very supportive.This is my First job of the bank. Which I liked very much While working.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.Hr side Some issue Hr Department not give the any response and not solve the our problem. Transfer are very Difficult task By your Nearest Branch.
