...artial behaviour of seniors No implementation of deadline No existence of HR Poor pay masters to existing employees vs new highered difference HR benefits reduction Overloading of reduntant work leading to inefficiency in 8 hours hence resulting in late working hours Unnecessary data mis preparation almost every week In simple words this bank should be closed and handed over to govt

Contract permanent employee partiality Non rational thinking managers Vendors should work like donkeys while permanent staff is chilling Most permanent staff are not good at their work Top management never hear about vendor employee concerns Many permanent staff is being paid hell of salary for no reason. HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project

...and six month as a team leader but for them employees are not worth in any mean. They refused to give salary certificate and that's why I joined some other bank and there I get minimum package coz I don't have any salary details. I've got very bad experience here and am not going to suggest any one to work with hdfc under quantum. And our RSM Mr. Subhrandu medda he is hippocrit and culprit he hired females in good package even they don't have any knowledge. I really hate that guy.

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.
